We love living here! We moved in 5 months ago and are really glad we picked the house and neighborhood we did. The kitchen is amazing and has plenty of storage. Gig Harbor is a GREAT place to live! I highly recommend living in Skansie Pointe.

The homes are so beautiful inside. I love the modern look of the kitchen and the cool security doorbell system so I know who is coming in and out and can keep tabs on my kid. The flow of the space makes a lot of sense too and the staff was so kind on our tour. I love the idea of the community amenities, its just not something you get in a traditional neighborhood.
